Booking
Booking Policy
Confirmation: All booking requests are manually reviewed by me. You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is approved. Please do not consider your appointment confirmed until you receive this email.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me via Instagram as soon as possible. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) may affect future booking priority.
Slot reservation: Your requested time slot is tentatively held while your booking is pending review. If your request is rejected or cancelled, the slot becomes available again.
Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please reach out via Instagram. I reserve the right to cancel appointments for late arrivals when it affects subsequent clients.
Custom requests: For custom or combined treatments, I may contact you before confirming to discuss your requirements.

What data I collect: When you submit a booking request, I collect your full name, email address, phone number, optional Instagram username, selected service, notes, and the date and time of your requested appointment.
Why I collect it: Your contact details are used solely to manage your appointment — to confirm, reschedule, or contact you about your booking. I do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Who has access: Your booking information is only accessible to me. I do not share your data with third parties.
Data retention: Booking records are retained for administrative purposes. You may request deletion or correction of your personal data at any time.
